A member of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Executive Officer of One Liberty Properties. Pat Callan brings 40 years of real estate experience to One Liberty. Pat joined One Liberty in 2006 as President of the company after being a director since 2002 and is responsible for acquisitions, financing, management and administration of the One Liberty Portfolio. Before taking charge of OLP, Pat spent two years as the SVP of First Washington Realty performing leasing, acquisitions and redevelopment roles for a 13 million square foot, 100 shopping center joint venture with CalPERS (California Public Employees Retirement System), which was sold for $2.6 billion to Regency Centers. Prior to working for First Washington, Pat was Vice President of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation for 17 years where he was instrumental in the leasing and management of a $3 billion shopping center portfolio comprised of 200 centers. In addition to leasing and management, he was involved in the redevelopment and renovation of numerous shopping centers and instrumental in portfolio acquisitions.

Executive VP & COO
The Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of One Liberty Properties. Since joining One Liberty in 1999, he has sourced purchase opportunities, managed sales and secures financing for OLP's portfolio which over the years has included a variety of property types throughout the United States including retail, industrial, office, restaurants, gas station/c-stores, theaters and fitness clubs. Larry oversees all aspects of property acquisitions, dispositions and financing including deal negotiations, joint ventures, underwriting, and due diligence and he is instrumental on the capital side. Larry has over $2 billion in transactional experience.

Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President of One Liberty Properties. Joining OLP in 2006, Justin has over $1 billion of transactional acquisition and disposition experience in a variety of property types across more than 30 states coast to coast with expertise in industrial and warehouse asset class. Chief responsibilities including sourcing new properties and sale-leasebacks, interfacing with lenders, overseeing underwriting of investments, lease negotiations and managing existing assets. Additional responsibilities include site inspections, property level due diligence and marketing for the firm. Prior to joining OLP, Justin spent two years as a commercial appraiser in New York City for Regional Appraisal Associates and Cushman & Wakefield, appraising more than $700 million in property value. Before working as a commercial appraiser, Justin entered the real estate industry in 2002 negotiating, buying, renovating and selling foreclosed and distressed houses on Long Island, NY. Justin received a B.S. in Real Estate & Metropolitan Development, Cum Laude from the City University of New York, Baruch College. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters, photography, cycling and volunteer work (global Habitat for Humanity builds).

Vice President - Construction & Facilities
Vice President of Construction and Facilities for One Liberty Properties. Joining OLP in 2022, Ryan is responsible for property management operations of One Liberty's national portfolio and all aspects of construction, including design review, bidding, negotiations, subcontractor selections, scheduling, project budgeting, and quality control. He has overseen numerous Landlord/Tenant buildouts, large capital expenditures such as roof replacements, and ground-up construction. Additional responsibilities include property level due diligence for new acquisitions, and assistance with leasing activities. Prior to joining OLP, Ryan spent 10 years managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the United States. Ryan received his B.A. in Political Science from State University of New York - Stony Brook. In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching softball, cooking, and traveling with his family.
Senior Associate
Senior Associate of One Liberty Properties. Prior to joining OLP in 2022, Joseph was a Senior Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Long Island Office. Focusing on Long Island’s industrial market, his responsibilities included business development, marketing, and negotiating contracts. Joseph started his real estate career at a boutique brokerage in New York City, working with tenants in a variety of industries to secure office space. At OLP, Joseph assists in sourcing new acquisitions, evaluating potential dispositions, and supports existing assets. He received a B.A. in Communication from the University of Connecticut. In his free time Joseph enjoys golf, cooking for family and friends, and traveling.

Senior Associate
Senior Associate of One Liberty Properties. An integral team member, Michael is supports the OLP team on new acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, underwriting, lease negotiations and managing the existing portfolio of properties across the United States. Prior to joining OLP in 2023, Michael was a Director in Newmark's Manhattan office focusing on commercial real estate advisory services. Michael has over 7 years of real estate advisory experience where he focused on owner representation, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, business development, as well as strategic planning and facilities. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship and psychology. Interests include travel, golf, philanthropy, and he is a die-hard New York Knicks fan.
