A member of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Executive Officer of One Liberty Properties. Pat Callan brings nearly 25 years of real estate experience to One Liberty. Pat joined One Liberty in 2006 as President of the company after being a director since 2002 and is responsible for acquisitions, financing, management and administration of the One Liberty Portfolio. Before taking charge of OLP, Pat spent two years as the SVP of First Washington Realty performing leasing, acquisitions and redevelopment roles for a 13 million square foot, 100 shopping center joint venture with CalPERS (California Public Employees Retirement System), which was sold for $2.6 billion to Regency Centers. Prior to working for First Washington, Pat was Vice President of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation for 17 years where he was instrumental in the leasing and management of a $3 billion shopping center portfolio comprised of 200 centers. In addition to leasing and management, he was involved in the redevelopment and renovation of numerous shopping centers and instrumental in portfolio acquisitions.
Executive VP & COO
The Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of One Liberty Properties. Since joining One Liberty in 1999, he has sourced purchase opportunities and managed sales for a variety of property types throughout the United States including retail, industrial, office, restaurants, gas station/c-stores, theaters and fitness clubs. Larry oversees all aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions including deal negotiations, joint ventures, underwriting, and due diligence and he is instrumental on the capital side. Larry has nearly $1 billion in transactional experience in acquisitions and dispositions on over 140 deals.
Senior Vice President
Senior Vice President of One Liberty Properties. Joining OLP in 2006, Justin has underwritten all of One Liberty's acquisitions since coming to the company. He has over $700 million of transactional acquisition and disposition experience in a variety of property types. Chief responsibilities including sourcing new properties, interfacing with lenders, overseeing underwriting of investments and managing existing assets. Additional responsibilities include site inspections, property level due diligence, lease negotiations and marketing for the firm. Prior to joining OLP, Justin spent two years as a commercial appraiser in New York City for Regional Appraisal Associates and Cushman & Wakefield, appraising more than $700 million in property value. Before working as a commercial appraiser, Justin entered the real estate industry in 2002 negotiating, buying, renovating and selling foreclosed and distressed houses on Long Island, NY. Justin received a B.S. in Real Estate & Metropolitan Development, Cum Laude from the City University of New York, Baruch College.
Joining OLP in 2012, Benjamin is an integral part of the OLP Investment Team assisting with underwriting of new acquisitions and asset management for existing properties within the portfolio. Prior to joining OLP, Benjamin was an analyst at a Boston based private equity company that owns and manages over 1 million square feet of commercial property in New England and over 3,000 multifamily units in the southeastern US. Benjamin received a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
